The organisers of the Ludlow Ghost Walk will not be held responsible for the Following:-

Death, Injury of any sort, damage to property (i.e. clothes, shoes etc) Loss of earnings / income or status.

Each tour guide tailors his walk, to his own tastes. This is based on the audiance participation level, the guide and the organisers of the walk will not be held liable for the content of the material used.

We also must stress that the walk isn't based on any one person alive or dead or their families. It is only based loosely on ghosts and covers a wide range of topics. The information gathered by the organisers is based on events that have taken place in the past history of the town of Ludlow. The walk has material that is of an theatrical nature including death, haunting, plague, warfare and medieval punishment etc. Young children that come on the tour are the responsibility of an adult, not the walk or tour guide.

Persons coming on a tour or reading anything to do with the ghostwalks do so at their own risk and freewill.

No children under the age of 16 will be admitted unless accompanied by an Adult.

The tour will keep to public pathways at all times. Sensible shoes and a torch are a must on dark nights.

No person is allowed on the tour without payment.

If you suffer from any medical, physical, mental condition that the walk may agrivate in any way to cause distress we recommend you do not come on the walk.

No Refunds are Given in any Event.

The Payment and Ticket is a Non Transferable Payment.

The Organisers have the right to refuse entry.

The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, without notice, any tour date. In the event of this happening, tickets ONLY will be honoured on the next available tour. 

All persons who attend the walk are deemed to have accepted the terms of this disclaimer.
